We ship every working day so that you can receive your Pretty Brave shoes as soon as possible.

We’ll send you an email to let you know when your package is on the way. Please check your friend/foe filters to make sure @prettybrave.com emails make it through.

** During busy holiday periods, such as Christmas, please allow a few additional working days to ensure you receive your goods in time! ** 

NEW ZEALAND

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent on a tracked service.
Allow 3-5 working days.

To keep your shoes safe, we require a signature on delivery, so please provide an address where someone can sign for your parcel (we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). All orders can be traced using the tracking number we email you when order has been dispatched. We can offer a 'non-signature required' service, however Pretty Brave cannot be responsible for these items in the unlikely event they do not arrive.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to most European countries, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore via New Zealand Post. For shipping to all other countries, please email us at hello@prettybrave.com 
Allow 15-20 working days for orders to arrive.

• $15.00 NZD for orders under $250 (untracked service)
• $25.00 NZD for orders $250-$1000 (tracked service, signature required)

*Orders to countries outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, once your package reaches your country. The price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties that may be charged by local customs. The international courier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to talk with local customs to organise payment and release of your package. If an item is held at customs or with the international courier, with no response from you, it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.
